Today’s adventure took us to Killington Peak in Vermont for #53 on the New England 4000 Footers on our continuing quest for the NE67. We headed up the Bucklin Trail to the Long Trail then to a spur trail to the summit. We stopped at Coopers Lodge twice due to snow conditions and it’s only October. Mother Nature was not our friend today, it sleeted, snowed and was cold and windy, but we made it.
