Imagine waking up and all the stairs to your house are gone. That's exactly what happened to Atlanta resident Olivia Crump, who posted a video of her predicament on TikTok with the caption, 'When your apartment removes the stairs without warning and you're stuck for hours.'
Her video has since received 1.2M views. 'The apartment didn’t notify us at all!' Crump later told Storyful. 'I emailed them when I first noticed and didn’t get a response. I called two hours later and they said they didn’t know the stairs were being worked on. It took four hours for [workers] to finish the stairs.'
