If you feel unbalanced and hesitant when walking- you may find yourself taking shorter, slower steps. You also may avoid certain areas, especially new or busy areas due to lack of confidence.

Think about how much easier running errands, visiting friends, traveling and shopping would be if you didn’t have to worry you were going to fall 🙌🏼
Use these 4 movements as a warm up in the morning or before you’re going to head out somewhere. The goal would be 2-3 sets and every day if possible (every other day will work too) 😇
⚠️ IMPORTANT: when practicing balance, please use support as needed and have a surface near you just in case. Safety is of utmost importance.
