7% Crystal Pale= 0.42 lb
45% Wheat=2.7 lb
40% Rye Malt= 2.4lb
100% grain bill= 6lb
For the sour yeast starter 3/4 cup molasses and 1/2 cup water and 1.5 tsp yeast of red star baking yeast.
Retain 1 liter of wort for the dry yeast of 2 tbsp of dry yeast.
