Case of a 46-year old patient who had a subarachnoid hemorrhage from a posterior communicating artery aneurysm 7 months prior to this surgery. This was treated by endovascular means with coils with good result. An asymptomatic aneurysm of the right middle cerebral artery bifurcation was also found, that was deemed not amenable to endovascular treatment.
This edited video shows clip reconstruction of this aneurysm and an incipient M1 aneurysm at the origo of the anterior temporal artery through a lateral supraorbital approach.
