Dr Peter Gøtzsche is a physician and Professor of Research Design and Analysis at the University of Copenhagen. He co-founded The Cochrane Collaboration in 1993 and established The Nordic Cochrane Centre the same year. His book "Deadly Medicines and Organised Crime" won first prize in the “Basis of Medicine” category of the 2014 British Medical Association’s annual book awards.
