BUKO PANDAN SAGO'T GULAMAN / PANLASANG PINOY/ BUDGET FRIENDLY // MJ POLE
INGREDIENTS
2 sachet MR. Gulaman Powder
1 Can Kremdensada
1 cup Tapioca Pearl
2 Coconut (shredded)
4-5 tbsp Sugar (optional)
PROCEDURE
1. In a pot , mix gelatin powder ingo water and stir until completely dissolved.
2.Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook by stirring constantly.
3. Remove from.heat and pour into mold. Allow to cool until gulaman is set and hardened.cut into cubed.
4. Boil 2 cups water and cook tapioca pearls(sago). Once done draim and wash with cold water to reduce stickiness.
5. In a mixing bowl , combine jelly cubes , shredded jelly, shredded young coconut, and tapioca pearls.
6. Pour 2 kremdensada.
7. MiX properly and refrigerate for about 1 to 2 hours.
Serve cold
