The investigation into the murder of 37-year-old Rachel Morin will reach its one-month mark on Tuesday, prompting some to question if the case has the potential to go cold.
The latest update from the Harford County Sheriff’s Office was released more than two weeks ago.
"This DNA evidence has come back as a match," said Col. William Davis with the Harford County Sheriff’s Office at a press conference on August 18.
