The 500 Riels Banknote from the Kingdom of Cambodia printed and issued in 1974 by Banque Nationale du Cambodge. The banknote is graded by PCGS and provided as Sample for promotional purposes.
Cambodia is a Southeast Asian nation whose landscape spans low-lying plains, the Mekong Delta, mountains and Gulf of Thailand coastline. Phnom Penh, its capital, is home to the art deco Central Market, glittering Royal Palace and the National Museum's historical and archaeological exhibits.
The banknote comes in green and black on multicolor underprint with 183 mm × 86 mm dimensions.
The obverse side has a girl with a vessel on her head at the left. At the reverse side, farmers harvesting rice in paddy; Below is decorated with bas-reliefs frieze architecture of Angkor Wat, largest religious monument in the world dedicated to the Hindu God Lord Vishnu.
