Home Minister and BJP President Amit Shah kicked off the poll campaign by addressing a gathering in Latehar, Jharkhand. Shah hit out at the Congress and JMM and accused them of ignoring the development of the state and its people. He said that PM Modi will help the state towards the path of development. Jharkhand will vote in 5 phase starting November 30. The result will be declared on December 23.
