This is one of the MiniArt's add-on sets for diorama and vignettes, that are made for decoration of your complete work. As a stand-alone model this is hardly useful kit, however, as an add-on it has great qualities.
Most important of those is its height. It is well known fact that tall appearances in scenes represented in dioramas and vignettes are more favored by judges on the contests because they immediately draw your attention. Those poles are tall, so this will give you the desired look.
The texture of the concrete itself is not perfect, but with fair amount of weathering and even some urban battle damage, they will look perfect! The fine details of the poles are with superb quality, as well as the transparent parts. Those are the lamp glass and the light bulbs. The light bulbs even have milk-ish appearance which adds even more realism to the whole kit.
With nothing complex along its building, this model will require more of your weathering and painting skills, which usually is the best part of modeling.
