So 1-2 years ago, many influencers were trying to sell you condos in Caracas/Margarita Island, Venezuela. I made a video and some of you came and told me that I was wrong and that I was clueless blah blah blah. That I looked too young (which is a compliment btw)

And now Venezuela has turned into North Korea despite the fact that influencers you worshipped told you that it would be the next Singapore.

In 2024, they have found a new Singapore located further south in South America. The beautiful city of Buenos Aires (one of my favorite cities in the world) but the question isn't "Why do I love visiting Argentina?" or "Why is Argentinian music THE BEST in the spanish speaking world?". The question is "is it a good investment to buy a single unit in Buenos Aires under the illusion that it's an investment?"
