After sitting bite-less behind deadbait rods for the morning I found some fish on the drift fishing lures over weed in shallow water. Having anchored up and caught (and bumped) a few in quick succession I moved out to nearby deeper water in the hope of connecting with one of Chews famous lumps.... The plan nearly worked!
