Using the great EspressoGC by ROK with their naked portafilter to make some very tasty and aesthetically pleasing shots of Espresso. Once you get the hang of it this is a excellent way of making tasty espresso using just a kettle and your own muscles.

After trying a quite a few option I would recommend using a 16g dose.

I blame James Hoffman for the gratuitous close ups and slow motion shots of coffee.
