An elephant was caught on camera trashing the front bumper of a car in one of Thailand's biggest national parks.
Local tourist, Yuthida Phachirat, who shot the video from inside her car said she saw the pachyderm stepping on the car bonnet before trampling on the front bumper on Saturday.
Yuthida and a friend were on their way to the other side of the mountain, using a road that cut through the forest, when they saw the elephant attacking the car in front of them.
The Khao Yai National Park covers four provinces and is located in northeast Thailand.
Park officials said the elephant might have been frustrated with the busy traffic and commotion during the holiday season.
This was the second elephant attack since the beginning of the year but no one was reported injured.
