( Strand Based Hair is like RTX it make Graphics Utilization Extensive.
By this you can see realistic Hairs and its Physics. )

Due to Anticheat measures FIFA 23 won't supporting any FPS meter
So sorry for that
But you can see here average FPS in each Preset
Which is good enough while gameplay but in
Cinematics it drop down to 10-15 FPS


Review-
FIFA 23 has lots of bugs take me 2-3 days just to Run this Games
Have lots of error inside and outside the Game
Although gameplay is good and Graphics look promising in any Preset
But still needs Optimization as Low Preset gives less FPS compared to High
and a lots of minute Bugs within the Game.
