Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks
It is the end of the first Mortal Kombat Tournament! Liu Kang has beaten Shang Tsung, and Shang Tsung is quite bitter about it. Possibly because he forgot to send Goro into the ring before accepting a challenge and getting defeated. Regardless, being the sore loser that he is, Shang Tsung's magic is now destroying the island.
