The losses of the Russian army in their war against Ukraine have exceeded 445,000 people, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has said. In March 2024, the Ukrainian army destroyed a record 976 enemy artillery systems since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
