Opposition parties in Botswana are complaining that they are not allowed access the voters' roll ahead of elections. Leader of the Umbrella for Democratic Change, Duma Boko, says another problem is that parties were not allowed to observe voter registration. Boko says attempts cooperate with the country's electoral commission, have been unsuccessful.
