Welcome to another episode of Pack My Husband’s Lunch! This week we are jumping into some of my favorite fall recipes to get ready for the cold season. Before we start making my husband’s lunch, let’s make a DELICIOUS Apple Herbal Tea to warm us up!
On Monday I made an easy and hearty one pot Chicken and Rice topped with the most delicious scallion ginger sauce, on Tuesday I made Black Pepper Beef Noodle Stir-Fry, another one pot dinner with super tender beef! On Wednesday we were craving Panda Express so I recreated their better than take out Egg Fried Rice plus sweet and sour chicken, this really hit the spot! We ended the week with another easy one pot dinner, Spicy Thai Basil Fried Rice, and of course we had to top it with a fried egg!
