My first trip to Mexico City was only four short days so I decided to skip the touristy places that have been covered so well by other YouTube channels. Instead, I set out to try a culinary cross section of the city. I started off simple with tacos al pastor and bistec from Taquearte before trying suadero tacos and tacos de cabeza at El Borrego Viudo, a local favorite.
In the next part of my Mexico City Food Tour, I eat the guts of a lamb at El Profe in Mercado de Jamaica and a modern version of the Oaxacan dish tlayuda from celebrity chef Eduardo Garcia at the highly rated restaurant Maximo Bistro.
