A great point for slowing down the over thinking mind.
Can be pressed when laid in bed by using your your opposite heel, you’ll find a nice tender dip for your heel to fall into.
When pressing do some nice deep and slow breaths and slowly count to 30 or 60. Then l=move to the other side.
Can be combined with HT7 point and both pressed at the same time as a great combination to help you sleep.
Please don’t use this point in early to mid stages of pregnancy!
