Kathy A. Lee is a part­ner in the law firm of Cline Far­rell Christie & Lee, P.C. in Indi­anapo­lis, Indi­ana. She has an A.A. Degree in Nurs­ing from Indi­ana Uni­ver­sity School of Nurs­ing in Indi­anapo­lis (1978), a B.S. Degree in Nurs­ing from Mar­ian Col­lege in Indi­anapo­lis (1983), earned her J.D. Degree from Indi­ana Uni­ver­sity (1987), and received her L.L.M. degree in Health Pol­icy & Bioethics (2010).

She was admit­ted to the Indi­ana bar in 1987 and the Okla­homa bar in 2007. She has also been admit­ted to prac­tice before the U.S. Dis­trict Court, North­ern and South­ern Dis­tricts of Indi­ana; and the U.S. Court of Fed­eral Claims. She has been a licensed, reg­is­tered nurse in Indi­ana since 1978.
