David Kramer, Freedom House, Executive Director shares his group's annual report on global political rights and civil liberties. The report found that the number of free societies declined for the 5th straight year. The report was released as Secretary of State Clinton was in the Middle East, urging democratic reforms there to help counter Islamic militants.
