Interior / exterior design pursuing functional beauty and a package that emphasizes ability to run on rough roads
The exterior inherits the Land Cruiser's heritage and pursues functional beauty such as lamp positions and bumper molding that are less susceptible to damage during off-road driving. In addition, the interior uses a horizontal instrument panel that makes it easy to capture the posture of the car even on rough roads. We also pursued comfort by laying out switches that can be operated intuitively for each function and designing them in consideration of operability such as shape and color.

Regarding the package, we emphasized the ability to run on rough roads, and the vehicle size such as overall length, width, wheelbase, departure angle and approach angle followed the conventional type (excluding some grades).

Pre-crash safety that detects pedestrians (day and night) and cyclists (day) and contributes to collision avoidance or damage mitigation, crossing pedestrian detection function that comes from the front when an oncoming straight vehicle at an intersection or turning left or right, avoidance by the driver Added an emergency steering avoidance support function that supports steering and lane deviation suppression triggered by steering. In addition, we have newly adopted a parking support brake that recognizes front and rear obstacles in the parking lot, approaching vehicles when reversing, and pedestrians and contributes to accident prevention.
