This is a new product offered by TTM/Spartan released just this month. It is supposed to be an improvement over their earlier III+ plate. It is NOT rated, designed, nor intended to protect against this threat. It is also worth noting that there does not appear to be any other steel armor that can stop M855A1 when fired from a 20" barrel.
