Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 pound ground veal
1/2 pound ground pork
2 large eggs
1 cup freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
1/2 small clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 pinch Kosher or sea salt, to taste
1 pinch Freshly ground pepper, to taste
2 cups fresh bread crumbs
2 cups lukewarm water
1 cup good quality olive oil, for cooking
