Defence expert Lincoln Parker says the AUKUS treaty is “more talk" than any real substantive information or detail.
His remarks come after the reports of Australia and the UK negotiating a treaty to supplement the AUKUS pact.
“Under this new Labor, we’re not seeing the rubber hit the road,” Mr Parker told Sky News host Erin Molan.
