Reporter: "You would have to get killed, yes?"
Ferguson: Oh sure, I'll get killed. That sounds fun. Or I'll play a nun, a spooky nun. (Laughs.)"

Harris: I'm a huge 'Star Trek' fan and I love the old 'Batman's, I thought they were fantastic: the Adam West 'Batman's.

"I would love to be on 'Girls; and there's a lot of characters that I'd like to play on that show. I'd like to come on as maybe Adam's friend from AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) who like awkwardly hits on Lena. Maybe a boyfriend for Lena. Maybe a boyfriend for Andrew Rannells' character. Any of the above. Andrew Rannells was so f--king good on that show, it was unbelievable. That one scene in the bar, between the two of them, was one of the best scenes I've seen on television for ages."

"'Northern Exposure' was my favorite show when I was on 'Blossom,' actually. They had every kind of possible character. I would have liked to be anything on 'Northern Exposure' -- but mostly Rob Morrow's love interest. That would have been my choice."

At their recent peer-group reception, Emmy nominees were randomly polled about which character on which TV series, old or new, they would have loved or love to serve as a guest star.
"Mad Men" nominee Jared Harris responded, "I'm a huge 'Star Trek' fan and I love the old 'Batman's, I thought they were fantastic: the Adam West 'Batman;s.
