Lake Sebu is located in South Cotabato in Mindanao. A few days before, we hiked Mt Apo and then we went to Surallah via General Santos to get to Lake Sebu.
Before coming here, I only had minimal knowledge about what Lake Sebu had to offer. After checking some posts on Facebook, it seemed that 7 falls and the zipline were something you should try and visit, and so we did.
First of all, the atmosphere of Lake Sebu was very cosy, and I really liked it. Since it was not as touristy as other islands, there were almost no hustlers who ruined the joy of travelling, which was a big plus.
At 7 Falls, we thought that we could see every waterfall by walking around the area, but there was no access to other waterfalls except for the 1st and 2nd waterfalls, so we decided to try the zipline.
It was just pure fun to ride the zipline looking down waterfalls below us. Although we were able able to find other waterfalls, it was a good experience for us to ride it 😊
