John Simpson is a veteran Foreign Correspondent and BBC World Affairs Editor. Over the past five decades, he has reported from over 120 countries, including from Tiananmen Square in 1989 and Iraq in 2003. He has received numerous accolades for his work including a CBE, an International Emmy, and three BAFTAs.
