On Saturday, Carlisle City Centre saw a procession of people draped in bright colours at the tenth Cumbria Pride event.
Ending at Carlisle Castle, Pride then put on a concert with Christopher Maloney, Sonique and Heather Peace among the acts performing.
Among those celebrating were representatives from many major organisations in the county including the emergency services and city and county councils. We went to the Castle to see the sights of a celebration of all things LGBTQ+.
