For non-refundable rate, full payment must be made at the time of reservation. No refund is possible in the case of cancellation.
For free-cancellation rate, full payment must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations can be made upto 48 hours before arrival, thereafter no refund is possible. A credit card guarantee is needed at the time of reservation.
