steamed chicken 65 momos are a traditional delicacy prepared usually in the states of Tibet, Bhutan, Sikkim, Nepal and Ladakh stuffed with chicken filling.

Ingredients: (Recipe is of My Previous Momos)
Chicken mince 200 g
All purpose flour 300 g
Butter 2 tb
Salt
Onion chopped 1 n
Carrot chopped 2 n
Cabbage ¼ c
Ginger & garlic chopped 1 tb
Spring onions chopped 1 tb
Pepper powder 1 ts
Soya sauce 1 tb
Coriander chopped 1 b
Garam masala 1 ts
Red chilly powder 1 ts
Egg (optional)
Vinegar 1 ts
Directions:
Take a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, water, mix it like a medium stiff dough and knead it, let it rest for 15 minutes.
Take another bowl add chicken mince, butter, chopped onions, chopped carrot, chopped cabbage, chopped ginger & garlic, spring onions, pepper powder, Soya sauce (optional), chopped coriander, red chilly powder(optional), salt, garam masala, egg, vinegar, mix it well keep aside.
Take dough and divide them in to equal portions shape them into balls and roll out thinly, put a teaspoon of the filling in the middle and bring all edges together in a fancy fan fold.
Steam in a steamer of about 15 minutes.
Serve this hot with tangy sauce.
