My Citrus Salad Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 orange
1 grapefruit
2 mandarins
1 dragonfruit
2 yellow limes (limequat)
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 sprigs Fresh mint leaves chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Citrus Fruits:
Peel the oranges, grapefruits, mandarins, and dragonfruit, removing as much of the white pith as possible.
Slice the oranges, grapefruits, mandarins, and dragonfruit crosswise into rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
Cut the lime into thin slices or wedges.
Arrange the Salad:
Arrange the citrus and dragonfruit slices on a serving platter or individual plates, alternating between the different fruits for variety.
Prepare Sauce:
Chop mint, mix with 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and mix together.
Drizzle the citrus and dragonfruit slices with sauce for added sweetness. You can adjust the amount of honey according to your taste preference.
Serve:
Serve the citrus and dragonfruit salad immediately as a refreshing appetizer or side dish.
