1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients:
500g Kingfish or Fish of your choice (sliced, seasoned with salt & washed)
⅔ cup Coconut Milk (thick)
1 cup Onions
½ cup Tomato
1 Green Chilli
2 pinches Sugar
5 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
1 cup Coriander
2 Green Chillies
¼ tsp. Cumin seeds
¼" Ginger
3 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp. Coriander seeds
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
Tamarind (marble sized)
Salt to Taste
Serves: 4 -6
Preparation Time: 30 mins
