Schedule of the property: UDS size, building size, Address, Survey No/Sub Division, patta and Joint patta number and EB number, Bounded and Measuring on - North, South, East and West
Document No: its very essential for each property documents and it will be available behind the document on each paper with document no, year, total pages and which book its has been registered.
Annexure 1-A: Foundation details, UDS size, Building value, Age of building, Ground and other floor size EB Connection.
EC: Encumbrance Certificate used to identify chain of owners for that property. It contains registration date, nature of sale, document number, land and building details. Seller and Buyer details too
CMDA - DTCP Approved Land: It basically means that the plot can be used for real estate transactions and the owner can modify the plot according to his/her wishes.
Building Plan-Blue Print: Construction of buildings based on specific set of rules and regulations
Car parking allotment letter: Car Parking Space will be allotted/ reserved for you as a part of the said proposed Residential Flat. Pay in cheque or DD – Don’t pay by Cash.
NOC from RWA ( Resistant's welfare association): In case you are buying a resale property, an NOC by the RWA is required, saying it does not object to the ownership transfer. In case you are taking a home loan, the bank would demand this document before sanctioning the loan.
