Produced by Kevin Oeste and V8TV Productions, Inc. - Now that the Detroit Speed Aluma Frame front suspension had been installed on our 1969 Mustang BOSS 302.0, it was time to start the DSE Deep Tub tub and QUADRALink installation. First, V8TV Fabricator John Moss started out by removing the old section of frame rail so he could weld in the new piece, which will allow for a bigger tire. Once the new metal was in, he welded on the DSE supplied reinforcement plates to insure these new frame pieces would go anywhere. Next was the wheel tub itself. Which if it didn't provide room for a bigger tire, you could hardly tell it wasn't a factory piece when it was fully welded. Now John could start installing the channel piece for the DSE QUADRALink, which we'll finish at a later date. Next time, we'll be replacing the driver's quarter panel with a new piece from CJ Pony Parts.
