It's pub grub tonite! Creamy, tangy, sharp goodness. Eat on crackers or toasted baguette. Great with beer.
Tuna Pâté
4 ounces drained tuna, I used solid white albacore
4 ounces softened cream cheese
4 scallions, whites and greens separated: whites rough chopped, greens thinly sliced for garnish
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
salt and pepper, to taste
Pulse the scallion whites and the rest of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve immediately or let refrigerate a day or two if the onions are very sharp. Serve with toasted baguette or crackers.
