Tata Investment Corporation Ltd. – a holding company of nearly 12 Tata Group companies – is now trading at a premium to its net asset value. Usually, holding companies almost always trade at a deep discount to their fair value. Tata Investment’s market capitalisation stood at Rs 22,700 crore on November 20, while the value of its stake in listed entities stood at Rs 19,800 crore, as per ETNOW calculations.
