The Inheritance of Loss by Kiran Desai is an award-winning book by Kiran Desai. Set in Kalimpong India, the storyline moves back and forth in the time. There are multiple protagonist in the story since the story is told from various angles of various characters. This could have been a great book but the ending is really disappointing.
