Another set of Clip feeder systems heading out the door! Just finished four more clip insertion feeders for one of our great customers Tri-Mation. We have really enjoyed teaming up with this builder over the last few years. Tri-Mation is one of the leaders in automation in the Michigan araa. We supply the bowl, hopper, and controls for this builder and they intergrate it into their own clip blow feed system. Although we build the total system including the clip escape and blow we never cross the line into the insertion head. This is where the machine builder shines. On this system the builder supplys the inline, escapement, and insertion tool head on the robot. Big or small these guys are a great source for special machine building.
