Today I’m going to be sharing with you how To Make The perfect chiles rellenos every single time! And I will be putting it in a burrito, this is my family’s favorite way to enjoy it! If you are from Arizona or just any where there is a Filibertos, you know they have this burrito well let me tell you it is nothing like made at home! The best is always homemade! Chiles rellenos can be a little intimidating but after you get the egg batter to perfection, making Chile rellenos will be just as easy as making a quesadilla! After you watch this video you will be a pro! The secret to getting your batter to perfection is on making sure your egg whites are stiff and making sure you don’t over beat the batter after that! Tip ‼️⚠️ serve as soon as your Chile rellenos leave the oil. The beans I used are store bought from Mama Julia they are my FAVORITE!!!! I’m not a fan of canned beans or any other store bought beans besides this one’s right here!!!!!! Found only at Walmart 😉 they taste like homemade

DONT over beat the batter!!! Make sure your heat is on medium and oil is HOT before adding the Chile

6 eggs
3 tbsp all purpose flour
