Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif's historic Ramadan relief package based on subsidy of 7.5 billion rupees for the poor and middle class of the country in Ramadan 2024.
In the month of Ramadan, more than 3 crore 96 lakh families are being provided food items at cheap prices.
Under the Benazir Income Support Program, 19 items including flour, rice, pulses, ghee, edible oil, sugar, milk are being provided from Khuronoosh Bazaar to eligible 88% families.
A subsidy of Rs 77 per kg is being given on a 20 kg bag of flour and Rs 70 per kg on ghee.
The Prime Minister's Ramadan relief package is being distributed to deserving families through 4,775 utility stores across the country.
