DEL 2540 with 2 flat cars and the new SVI shunter locomotive a.k.a. Track Motor Car TMC (model name LM 250) from Italy together with complete personnel was dispatched to conduct clearing operations such as clearing of vegetations and obstructions along the main line in Laguna area.
Location: Near former PAE flagstop, between Bicutan and FTI Stations, Parañaque City.
