This is my favorite receipt on how we cook red fish at our house. This receipt has been tweak over the years but currently this is how we cook our red or red drum and there are zero complaints. The Cajun give it a little kick to the flavor and just be careful with how much you add. This is great any time of the year to use and we like to serve the fish on a rice bed with asparagus.
