- Get your group together for an in person draft. Having a cool way to determine draft order and drafting over some food is a cool way to make your league closer. Making your draft day an event is a great way to bond your league before the season starts.
2. Create a League Punishment
- Although it may seem unnecessarily, creating a league punishment for the last place player is a great way to keep EVERYONE in the league active. Often time teams not performing as well at the beginning of the year will simply give up and not play anymore. The punishment can be something as simple as making them wear a jersey of a team they don’t like to making them retake the ACT.
3. Create a League Prize
- Any incentive to win the league will instantly make everyone in your league care much more about winning. Whether you decide to give your league’s winner 20$ or a trophy is up to you, but having an end goal for everyone will drastically improve your league.
