DESCRIPTION
Dried shrimp is a delicious Indian recipe served as a side dish with tomato masala which gives a flavourful spicy taste.
INGREDIENTS
Dry shrimp 1 cup
Oil 1 tbs
Onion 1 cup
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Red chilly powder ½ tsp
Tamarind juice 1 cup
Coriander leaves(chopped) 1 tbs
Salt To taste
METHOD
1. Remove head of dry shrimp and place in water and boil it for 2 mins.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add onion, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder and saute it.
3. To it add little water and cook it, later add tamarind juice, boiled dry shrimp and mix nicely.
4. Add coriander leaves and mix nicely.
5. Now the dry shrimp curry is ready to serve with rice or pulka.
