French pastries are irresistible aren’t they? from eclairs to macarons to buttery croissants. It is truly an art and what gorgeous results that come from the science behind it all. This is a dessert that’s rather new to us because it isn’t as common as fruit tarts or cream puffs. Have you tried it? It’s a traditional dessert filled with creme and resembles the shape of a snowman. ⛄️ There is also religious history behind its importance and the name translates to nun.
