Neer Dosa
Its an Instant Dosa ..no need of fermentation and all .. grind it and make it..thats all
Ingredients
White Rice/Ponni Ari/Sona Masoori -1cup
Grated Coconut-1/2cup
Salt-
1/4 -cup water for grinding
Water-3cup
Method
Wash and soak rice for minimum 4 hours .
Then drain and grind along with coconut by adding enough water .
Grind to a fine paste .
Then to that add salt and water and make it as buttermilk consistency batter ..
Heat Tawa to medium heat ..
Mix batter each and every time when u make each dosa
Then pour one ladle of batter in the Tawa and rotate ..
Then in high heat cook the dosa and serve with Chutney ,egg roast or any dish u prefer ..
